The Whitby Oshawa Young Liberals, or W.O.Y.L., is a group of dedicated youth in Whitby Oshawa between the ages of 14-25 who seek to promote the values of the Liberal party. Through community involvement and personal experience, we have come to understand that the Liberal party best reflects the kind of values we would like to see in Whitby, Oshawa, Ontario and Canada as a whole.
